The exact same thing as any of the recent (last few years) updates. No Hands SEO will definitely NOT be affected by any of this.

To stay safe just keep everything as varied as possible, lots of variation in your anchor texts and your posting content. With variation in everything there will be no footprint and your backlink profile will look natural.

By posting content I mean comments, currently, and articles, coming in the next week or so.

I don't remember what your settings are but I would not change a thing based on the latest internet buzzword for what Google is doing. Google updates are happening constantly and very little if anything is changing in how you get consistent rankings. Just carry on building decent links with lots of variation and all should be good.
