The exact same thing as any of the recent (last few years) updates. No Hands SEO will definitely NOT be affected by any of this.
To stay safe just keep everything as varied as possible, lots of variation in your anchor texts and your posting content. With variation in everything there will be no footprint and your backlink profile will look natural.
By posting content I mean comments, currently, and articles, coming in the next week or so.
No Hands SEO already posts to a huge amount of platforms, anchor text has support for unlimited spins as does posting content and also support for tags (names, anchors, search keywords, emails, different URLs and more) as well as posting RSS Feeds and sitemaps. On top of this you can automatically have NHSEO insert some generic anchor texts as well to add even more variation and give more of a natural look to your link profile.
On top of this there are quality controls for the links so if you are of the thinking of quality over quantity you can absolutely set the quality of links that you want it is just a case of changing, literally, a few settings and NHSEO will ensure all links are of that quality.
No Hands SEO is always evolving and improving but there isn't anything that NEEDs changing or fixing to get around any recent update, just for the users to use what is already available.
One consistent with every update that Google publishes is that people will worry and spread panic but ultimately not much changes, publish a half decent website that provides some value to the user and create a natural looking link profile and you should always see your rankings improve, there isn't really any secret sauce.
