Sadly you replied when I was already on the road so I will be unable to get a teamviewer session with you for the next couple of days. I will hopefully be publishing an update either in that time or just before anyway so it may be that simply downloading the latest update will fix your issue.
I have not had anyone else report this problem so it is very likely something on your computer that is interfering with NHSEO. You could try turning off any AV software that you have installed, or any other superfluous software, just to see if it works.
