Jimbo, I'm getting an error when I try and open NHSEO now and it won't open.

"index was outside the bounds of the array."

I am suddenly having this same problem. Program was working fine yesterday, but suddenly I'm getting the same error. I saw elsewhere that you said to make sure that your internet settings weren't set to use a proxy, but I followed the instructions to try to turn off a proxy and I don't have one set up.

Should I try to reinstall?

This was due to a gremlin getting in the login server, it is fixed now.
