Hangs up during Threads Setup

I recently upgraded to v1.6.20.0, and when I push play NHSEO seems to get hung up in Threads Setup. It appears to start with posting a few links, but still says Threads Setup at the bottom, and never gets more than half way down the page, and ceases further activity. The progress bar keeps going, but nothing happens for HOURS. I saw a similar problem that seems to have resolved itself in a couple of restarts, but I am WELL past a couple of restarts, and I am still having the same problem? What do I do?
