Norton is terrible for running any online software with, when it is not preventing legitimate software from running it is slowing your entire internet down, causing timeouts and resulting in much lower results.
If you are running Windows I would suggest to use something like Windows Defender / Microsoft Security Essentials (depending on your version of windows) and / or Malwaebytes. Ultimately I would never advise anyone use Norton, AVG, Kaspersky or Comodo if they are ever going to be using tools that interact with the internet.
None of the No Hands software ever actually runs any code from any website so there is no threat of virus from running any of this software, it is entirely safe.
