no hands proxies (not responding)

I have been having issues with no hands proxies for a couple weeks now, I have unistalled and reinstalled still no good.
I have NHSEO
NO HANDS PINGER
NO HANDS INDEXER
NO HANDS PROXIES
AND CAPTCHA SNIPER
It was working great till a couple weeks ago then I started getting
Searching has been stopped due to the number of seraching proxies dropping below the minimum amount set.
4/29/2015 10:32 AM | Searching will start again when the number of searching proxies increases above the minimum amount.
I have Been getting this since. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure both No Hands SEO and No Hands Proxies are updated to latest version then do the following:

1) Open No Hands Proxies
2) Go to Settings tab
3) Click ?No Hands SEO? button
4) Press the Start button.
5) Open No Hands SEO
6) Go to Settings tab
7) Click Setup Wizard and go through it
8) Run No Hands SEO as usual
