Hangs at threads setup...

Hello,

I just downloaded last NHSEO Trial 1.6.19.0 on my VirtualBox VPS with Windows XP Pro SP3.

NHSEO seems to not wotk correctly: infact when I press "play" button, it stucks on "Threads setup".

I tried to restart my VPS many time, no way to solve it..

I checked that NHSEO is added to windows firewall ecceptions.

Any ideas, please?

Check that you have added the profile before trying to start the posting process.

Also there is a new version available for download, you can get it from the free trial download page to give it a go.

I tried to download (from inside NHSEO and directly from your website) but it is always 1.6.19.0.....

Profile is added regularly...

I have just updated using the website and then through the tool and it worked fine both times, there should be no reason for it to download the wrong file as the update through the tool.

What version of the app are you running? Is it the Trial, Installed or Portable version?

It is the Trial version still... I would like to evaluate it before buying

No, it is always 1.6.19.0 ... I downloaded many times...through website and through application directly...

I just checked it and you are correct, I must have uploaded the trial installer to the wrong directory.

I have re-uploaded and checked the trial installer so you should be able to download the latest version now. My apologies for the confusion.

I'm on 1.6.20.0 now... But I always have the same issue... it stucks at "Threads setup"...

I'm trying to optimize a "page" only, not an entire website.

Any ideas?

Solved.... it works...

I added some "bad" words ... like "ass" .... and maybe it cutted off also some sites like "assicuration" and so on...

Now it is going!

ass and anal are present on most websites as the html will contain the word class or analytics somewhere.

You can put a space in front of the ass and a space after the anal and it should cut down on the amout of "false positives" which prevent most pages from not posting. Also in future when posting support requests if it is related to posting it is helpful to post the log or email it to me if you do not want the log to be public. Most things are easily sortable if it is known what is happening in the log.
