Use proxies to post or not

Hello i followed the video guide on how to make no hands proxies work with no hands seo but i have set the proxxies to only be used for google search.Is there any penalty if i post from my actual ip or not?thanks

Really the only issue with posting from your own IP is that it can all then be linked back to you or more easily blocked for future link building.

There is a video I made which shows how to get Google passed proxies and anonymous proxies output to different files and how to set them up in NHSEO so that you have 1 set of proxies for searching and another for posting. You can see this video here
