dear sir madam my no hands seo is not working properly, I have 7 days trial but it is not working, keep saying that; I would suggest you stop running for a while to attempt to get this temporary limit lifted before running again.
how am I going to fix it ?

As the error states your IP has become limited at the search engine, this is not an NHSEO error it is just you are running with settings that are leaving your IP up for being limited for too many searches.
If you are not using proxies (only time this situation and message occurs) then you should only be using 1 search thread, Delay between searches at least 60000 and use the "Both" setting for search provider. Anything different from this will result in temporary limitation of your IP address.
To get this temporary limit lifted you will need to either stop running for a period of time (could be minutes or hours) or reset your router/internet so you get a new IP.
