NHSEO on xp-3 self-shuts down next second on opening

Hello,
I am for the first time here, spent some time reading topics but didn't find answer
to my problem.
I bought NHSEO on December 1, 2011. Didn't install it till now (was busy with finishing
my project ).
The problem is that NHSEO switches-on only for a second (literally) and than shuts itself down
without any message. And no, it doesn't appear in the system tray either.
I tried both versions, new and old, the same happens.

My PC is :
overall in good standing
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600, 2,40 GHz, 2 GB RAM
OS: HP Pro ver2002, SP 3
.net 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 installed, IE8 as well

I've never experienced any problems with running any other software.

Please help, I invested in this software hopefully to start campaign
immediately upon finishing my project...and now I am unpleasantly surprised
with this.
Please help as soon as possible.

I am sorry but I have never seen or heard of this happening so to provide any help I will need for you to setup teamviewer on your computer and send me the login details for it.
