Issue with the login cause different IP

I discover that when I try to run NHP with different ip from the one I registred I get error login.
I registret using my VPN with server IP from England, so now I need to use the VPN with this exact server to run NHP.
I think this is a great problem, cause I change often server on my VPN (security reason), or I think if for some reason my VPN not run.
Please fix it.

Licenses are not at all linked to IP address, if the VPN or proxy being used to login screws with any part of the login request it can prevent the server check and loading proxy sources among other things.

There is nothing to stop you from logging in without using a VPN.

If you want to move your license from one machine to another you can remove a license from your machine easily by using the relevant option in the help menu.

I get problem when I try to login without VPN (with my home ip), using my VPN all work good, so is not related to VPN server problem.
Futhermore the problem is not related to a different machine cause I use same computer.
What i think is that when you make the first login and you record it in the database then if you change ip class you get problem.
So I think need to investigate in this way.

No the IP is completely irrelevant to the way the license is tracked, it is not taken into consideration so it is not the change in IP that is causing any kind of issue.

What message are you receiving, that would be helpful to find out what the issue is being caused by.

Really strange, I tested right now without VPN and not get any error login.
