proxy from China google friend now?

Untill your last update i notice that China proxy are now passed as google friendly,
is this a wanted change in the checker or is an issue?

EDIT: maybe I understand where is the trick, when use this proxy and search in google you are redirect to google hk, so for some reason
chinan proxy cheat google, hiding has a proxxy from hongkong.
