Hello all.. Chris from Minnesota USA here, I'm getting a lot of foreign links that are successfully being posted. Is there a way to direct to USA customers/sites only? In the "add profile wizard" I have set it for US even though it is supposed to be default. Is this the way it is or do I possible have something set wrong?
Thanks

The region setting for profiles is what region of pages is requested in the search engines so if you are receiving targets from another region it is just because the search engine has either disregarded this region type request or it considers those pages to be in the region you have requested.
Links from other regions are highly unlikely to hurt any ranking but you can enter a list of domains to block in the settings.
The main non-English domains tend to be French and Chinese so you could just enter the text below into the domain block list and you won't get any links from .fr or .cn domains. Also you could add in any domains that you are receiving unwanted links from:
.fr
.cn
