Absolutely not.
There are far more platforms in NHSEO (57 currently and still rising), lots that wouldn't even be possible to train SB to post to as well as there being far more controls over where and how your content is posted to. Where in SB where you do a search for keywords, search for targets, remove dupes, post, check posts, ping all you need to do in NHSEO is press start.
Bear in mind that you can also auto harvest proxies, check PR / OBL (other quality metrics coming soon), check for bad words in content or URL of target pages, index websites, auto post to indexing services and software and lots more that I'm not even sure would be possible in SB let alone fully automated as part of the posting process.
NHSEO platforms range from indexing to blog comments, trackbacks and image comments to guestbooks and forums, you can enable/disable but dofollow/nofollow and other things as well so it is far from a simple comment poster like SB is.
You may be interested to see the results from a profile that I had running and decided to write a forum post about the type of links that I received, you can read about it
here. Those results are seen with most of the dofollow only platforms disabled so you can see the average type of link that can be made by simply entering your profiles and hitting start rather than being a slave to a program.
