No Hands SEO stopping after 1 min of posting

Just bought, installed and upgraded to the latest version.

So i fill out a profile, make my own custom comments, check Obl, etc. and press play to start the software. It started ok, but after a minute or so it stops. I try to hit play again but nothing happens ... so i closed the software, started it up again and press play. It started posting again and everything seems to be ok, and then after a few second it stops again on it's own ... what i found strange is that when i hit play the second time, i can't see the colors (red/green) on the play or stop button. The software just get's unresponsive and does nothing anymore. Any idea what's wrong?

To be honest there shouldn't be a reason for it becoming unresponsive because all of the work (connections, database accesses etc) is done in threads that are separate from the UI thread so there really isn't much reason for it to ever become unresponsive from just starting the posting.

It is however perfectly normal for both buttons to become disabled temporarily while the posting is being stopped or started though this should not last for long.

Because of the unusual nature of your issue I will have to take a look at your setup via TeamViewer, TeamViewer is a free to use software that is freely downloadable from their website. Just install TV and send me the login details via PM pr email (do not post here) and I will take a look as soon as is possible for me.

The only thing that I would really be able to guess at being the problem without taking a look at it would be that there was some form of AV or security software that is screwing with No Hands SEO, or maybe a system with very low system resources. How much ram does your machine have and what sort of CPU does it have?

Well it could be bullguard. I have only ever heard of it once before and it was playing havoc with the login system but tbh I would be surprised if any software would prevent NHSEO from running correctly, it would be more likely to stop it from loading up at all.

I would say before going down the TeamViewer route to disable Bullguard entirely and try it then, if that fails then setup TeamViewer and PM or email me your login details. I should be able to login today.

Just had a good team viewer session with Jimbobo and the situation seems to be solved. No hands is running perfect now, the antivirus was probably the thing that inter feared with it! So case closed and time to build some links!
