Hi,

I have NHSeo 2.9.9.0 . Today when starting it says "This version is now outdated, please update to the latest version"

Any help?

There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the login server or any bugs relating to logging in. It could be a proxy or AV software that is changing the returned login request so you may want to check for that.

What was it that was causing it to happen? It isn't something that happens all that often to be honest so it may help me to pinpoint the issue in the future.

I have the exact same problem.

Purchased.

Installed.

Try to run it "this version is now outdated, please update to the latest version", I've added an exception in avast, disabled avast, it's not avast.

I replied to your email about this, it will be either a proxy or an AV app that monitors web requests.

It's neither. I have no proxy set up, no vpn, and I've disabled avast, added exclusions to avast etc. I guess how do I request a refund?

Are there any specific ports that need to be opened on a one's router for nohands? I had used the trial a few months ago, had no issues whatsoever,

windows firewall is not in use but I added an exclusion anyway,
exclusion for the file and folder in avast, tried with avast enabled and disabled,
not using a vpn or proxy globally,
disabled spybot and made no difference,


Alright got it working...it was an issue in my hosts filed... don't know what though I'm assuming something in spybot. Made a new host file out of curiosity and works fine now
