Log in in to nh seo no more possible

Postby Jenny1989 » Thu Jun 07, 2012 11:07 am

hi there,

i bought no hands seo 1 year ago. i stopped using it for maybe now 4 months and wanted to use it today again. as i started it first it wanted to make something like a database updated but freezed after almost 1 hour. so i removed it from my pc and installed it again. i downloaded the file from the member area. after starting the app it asked for email and password. i entered the same details like on the page member area but got response that login failed because details are wrong.... what can i do?

i would be pleased if i could get a fast response.

kind regards

jenny

The database updater does explain that there is a high chance that it could take a long time to finish. If you are having trouble logging in then it is likely that there is some scanning or monitoring tool that is preventing the login request from getting through unchanged or that access to the database file is being prevented.

You can chekc your AV/firewall or other monitoring software and set an exception for NHSEO to ensure that it is not being affected.

I can't log in either, mine just says the copy I have is outdated and I need to update but, then never gives me any way to update it. Where do I go to download the update? I thought I was running the latest version. I just restarted my machine (it had been up for about 75 days) and when I restarted it and tried to open NHSEO that's all it would do. I've restarted my machine before with no issues....

There was an unexpected change to the server on Monday but I have updated in the members area to get around this change.

If you are using the installed version you will need to go to the members area download page to download and install the latest installer, this will not remove any profile information or settings and there is no need to uninstall first.

If you are using the portable version you should be able to update using the portable loader or by downloading the "Portable Update" from the members area page.

Just reinstalled the operating system on a spare laptop so i can use it to run No Hands SEO 24/7.
When i start No Hands SEO, I get the message "user and pass do not match a valid user"
Changed the settings in windows firewall to allow No Hands SEO but still the same problem.
Any ideas please?

Have you changed your password in the members area? When the password is changed for the members area it changes it for the application also.

If you have an AV software you should add an exception for NHSEO in here also.

Make sure you are trying to login with the same Windows user account that installed it.
