Adding New Profile

It will not let me add an additional profile using the same URL:

I wanted to change a few items but keep the original. How can I create an additional profile? In fact, it looks like it will not allow me to make an additional profile for any URL.

Profiles with the same URL are not allowed to prevent re-posting to the same targets which would definitely happen regularly. You can make changes to lots of things in your profile by using the profile handler.

What is it that you are unable to change that you want to? There may be an easier way to do this than to re-add a profile.

I had added about 50+ pages of my site with anchor text and was just trying to add a profile for the main site and submit that one (with no other pages), since your software says it crawls the other pages.

Any ideas?

You can get around it quite easily but do be aware that you will be targeting the same websites a lot of the time.

If you have your main website entered in as http:/domain.com then you can enter a second as http:/domain.com/ they are effectively the same page and the search engines should see them as the same page, I am not 100% certain on that but I am sure they should be treated as the same page in the search engines eyes.
