What does it means when it says added 20 targets

Hello I'm new to using this software, and I see two different things that comes up and I don't know what they mean. The first one is it says adding 20 targets to the URL that you submitted what do that mean. And the 2nd thing I see, is adding 1956 pages to what ever URL that you submitted. Could someone please explain to me what does that mean in both cases?

X added targets means that there are X new targets that have been searched for and found for the profile mentioned, this means there are now X new target pages that NHSEO will try to get a link from.

X pages added means that there have been X amount of new pages found for promoting that website. If you enter in a profile as a website No Hands SEO will crawl that website to find inner pages to promote rather than just promoting the homepage, this is that happening and finding new pages from your website to promote. If you are attempting to post just a single page then you will need to enter your profiles as a webpage so this crawling does not happen.

Okay so if I wanted to enter just one single page to my NHSEO Then what are the steps that I need to do I think your going to say go to my profile and from there I'm lost so please if you will tell me what are the step to add and submit my profile page so that it don't add all those extra pages.

If you want to promote just a single page when entering a profile all you do is check the page option. The page option is for promoting a page whereas the website option is for promoting the whole website.

If you want to remove extra pages from a profile where you only want to promote a single page the process is still very simple but requires a few more steps:
1) Go to Profile Handler
2) Select your profile
3) click the Edit button
4) Check the "Page" option
5) Change "Limit number of Crawled Pages" value to 1
6) Go to Pages tab
7) Highlight all pages
8) Right click the list and choose remove page
9) Go back to profile details tab
10) click Save Profile button

I realise that may seem like a lot of steps but that is every single thing needed step by step. The easiest thing is to enter it in as a page profile from the beginning.
