Starts, Then Stops

I have a real easy problem...

Simply put, NHSEO, after I hit the green arrow to start the software it begins to do it's thing,
but after a few lines go by (by watching the Log), the lines stop and there are no more
confirmed links, comments, trackbacks or image comments being processed.

So I stop the threads by hitting the stop button, close the software down, then re-open it
and push the start button and all these links, comments, trackbacks and image comments
start adding-up as if the software had been running all the time.

Also...I know all my settings in the software are correct bcuz I asked what the best settings
are and a member from the support team told me which settings get the most links returned.

Has anyone had this problem? If so, can you please help me and tell me what I can do?

So far I have had a handful of people state this "problem" so far one had issues specific to their system, one is being debugged and every other person didn't have any issues.

How long are you allowing it before stopping and starting? Searching can take about 45+ secs and then it can take some time to enter those results to the database and more time to pull the targets from the database. If you are sitting and watching the log waiting for things to happen you will want to allow it more time to see if it just carries on.

If you require further help please explain what settings are not as default and copy/paste your log file so I can see what is happening so I can advise better.

The software is still doing it today so I am attaching these pics to show the top and bottom of the log.

Note in the log the last time I started the software, 11:25 a.m.

Posts a few lines, then stops at 11:34 a.m., 9 mins. later.

The time as I write this is 2:40 p.m. same day.

It has been doing this for a week now.

I would appreciate any help if it can be fixed.

I'm sorry but the screenshots don't show anything is wrong, everything is runnig as expected and it is searching and posting. If it does that and then stops there I am not sure what could be causing it to be honest. You can try setting up TeamViewer and sending me the login details and I will try to login to see what the problem is but I am not able to be at my computer much this next week (till Thursday or Friday next week) unfortuantely.

One thing you can check in the meantime is the size of your DATABASE.db3 file in the "My Documents\No Hands SEO" folder, if it is in the 1Gb+ range and your memory is small that could potentially cause delays but I would not imagine it to cause hour long delays.

Another thing you could try is to download the portable version from the members area and put this into its own folder in the "My Documents" folder and then copy the database file from your installed version (folder mentioned above) to the new portable folder and see if that helps anything.
