Won't Run, or Update

I'm using v1.6.25 (purchased).

A couple of days ago I rebooted my VPS, when I went to go open NHSEO to get it running again, the black NHSEO "welcome" screen showed....and then I got an error box telling me that this is an outdated version and to install the latest version. Even though I already had the latest version, I went and re-downloaded it from the members area, re-installed, and I'm getting the same message. There is no way for me to "update" it as the error says...yet, it won't run.

Can someone please help me get this resolved ASAP?
