This is not something I have seen before to be honest.
One thing I would suggest is to go to the "My Documents\No Hands Proxies" folder and deleting the DATABASE.db3 file and then reinstalling using a fresh download of the installer from the
members area.
Doing the above will ensure that you are on the latest version, there were no issues with the downloaded installer and that there are no issues in the database.
Once you have done this you will need to set it up again, but with the pre-sets this should not be too big a job.
