Defaults for blog commenting footprints

Hi,

I accidently have overwritten the default blog commenting footprints, and now it seems that nothing is going to work...
Can you please send me the original ones that are working?

Make sure that each platform is on its own line and that there are no empty lines (even at beginning or end).
