Problem creating new Profile

Hello,

I today purchased and installed no hands seo, I can not create a profile. I click on save.

I tried to run no hands seo and the error I see in the log is
11/04/2017 07:08 PM | SQL logic error or missing database
no such table: profile_new

How to fix and where is it.

I already tried to reinstall same error. I am on windows 7

This is usually due to a really old database being present when installed. As the database file is not overwritten when installed (to protect profiles and settings from being lost when updated) if you have a database from a really old version.

You can fix this by going into your "My Documents\No Hands SEO" folder and deleting the DATABASE.db3 file and then installing again and all should be fine.
