Cant login to members area anymore

The strangest thing is happening.

The members area lets me reset my password, but wont let me login. I have reset my password twice now, and I still let login failed. What am I doing wrong?

The members area (completely separate from the forum) is tied directly to the software login system so if you change the password in your members area it will instantly be recognised as the new password when logging into the software.
