suddenly both softwares claim not correct login credentials

I bought my no hands seo and proxies this past february and it worked normally until this past week... today I downloaded the last version, installed, and now I can't use it... it claims not correct password.

I bought it with the email address sophie@x8x9.com
I have the original emails with the original passwords.

What is happening? Please help.

If you have changed your password in your members area you will need to use these updated login details to login to the software.

If you have not please show a screenshot of the exact error you are receiving when trying to login.
