Can someone explain the bookmarks page and possibly give an example.

There are explanations for all of the controls, what is it that you need an example of?
If you don't understand any of the controls you can use the "Auto Fill Bookmark Details" controls to fill them in for you based on a keyword. Just enter in a single keyword that is relevant to your niche without being too specific and then hit the "Auto Fill" button and NHSEO will do it all for you.
