Couple Questions:

The Proxy list that the program lists is different from everyone else that has this program? Or are we all seeing the same proxies? What is the best type of proxy - Elite, Anonymous...?

The majority of the sites that it downloads proxies from are changing often so you are unlikely to get a list similar to anyone else. Also NHProxies will scrape new proxy sources when it loads also regularly while working so it is unlikely that your list is like anyone else's.

Best type of proxy depends on what you are using it for. If you are using against a specific site you may need Elite, for most cases Anon will suffice.

If you need searching proxies you can search for these specifically etc. There are simple to use presets for most common proxy uses.
