I will post what I said in the post that asked this last week as it is always due to the same reason:

That is because when a search is done NHSEO will take the keyword and add the footprint to it and do a search, if the only results it returns are already queued to be posted to or have been posted to in the past there will be 0 new targets to add.

For example using the short bit of log above I can get the following:
Keyword: openvz kernel32.dll
Footprint: "Powered By MediaWiki"
Put together gives search request: openvz kernel32.dll "Powered By MediaWiki"

Gives 1 result which is likely to have shown up in other searches for such a very specific search keyword. As your search progress was hindered by bad setup early on I would suggest maybe resetting your search keywords by right clicking on the profile and choosing "Reset Search Keywords" to get it to start over from fresh.

No it does not mean that. It means that while running with such poor keywords with some of the more obscure platforms with less than 100k targets you will not get any targets but there are plenty of platforms with many millions of targets and not all keywords will be that specific.

You can manage the search keywords via the profile handler and remove any keywords that look overly specific.

It's exactly as I wrote, some of the platforms in NHSEO simply only have a limited number of websites based on them so even without any keywords there are will only be about 100,000 pages based on that platform. When you add in search keywords the number of pages that match becomes even fewer, when the search keywords are very specific there is less still (or even none). Factor in that NHSEO will not post to the same page more than once and you end up with some searches returning 0 new results.

When your profile Is first started NHSEO will search your initial search keywords, when it has searched these it will find keywords relevant to those (based on a number of search engines and keyword tracking sites) and search those, often these become more specific and return fewer results.

While those keywords are not terrible they are not optimal, when starting your profile out you want to give it the most vague and general keywords relating to your niche as possible so that it is able to find as many targets that are relevant as possible before it moves to more specific keywords. For example in your case for search keywords I would have used some more words like the ones below:
VPS,server,dedicated server,hosting,linux,cloud,servers,VPSs,virtual server,private server

There is nothing wrong with the search keywords you entered but I would have added many more including, but not limited to, the ones I wrote above. These more general, yet still relevant, keywords will give more targets when first searched and also more general search keywords when NHSEO gets round to finidng more relevant keywords to search with.

There is little wrong with your anchor texts really other than there is no need for the space after the | character and again I would probably advise adding in more. With anchors you want to be more specific than you would with search keywords though so don't get that mixed up between the two.

The thing is that since I started using this software 2 weeks ago my site is going down as it was before using it, new links added still the same as in day 1 = none ( old 307 links ).

I don't really understand, what is going down? Where are you seeing no links made?

If you are getting 0 links made then there is either an issue with your setup (using the setup wizard in NHSEO and preset settings in NHProxies will fix this) or your search keywords are not up to much (i.e initial keywords have been searched and now it is using the more specific ones with less targets.

I mean my site its not going any better on google search since I use NHSEO and recorded alexa links are the same old 307 links.

I have used wizard setup and preset settings. From what I understand from you NHSEO works only for a few days or weeks and then adds 0 target, after that I need to alter all keyords/anchor text. I did not know this is the way things works, I thought I just start NHSEO and it does the job without any alteration for months.
