how many and for how long?

Now I appreciate proxies can come n go pretty fast, but...

4 quick questions...

1. How many would be in an ideal list to compile for using with NHSEO (100, 500, 1000 or more) and how long would it last if imported into NHSEO?
2. Do you need to keep running NHP with NHSEO to get good results or just import the file?
3. what should the check interval from NHSEO to NHP file frequency be ?
4. Does google penalise you if you generate X amount of links too quickly in a given month? (what's safe and what should help significantly improve results)

If you have no private proxies and are using just the proxies from No Hands Proxies with No Hands SEO then watch this video for step by step instructions on exactly how to set it up.

If you are using private proxies for searching and just watch proxies to use for searching Google then check this video here.

You will want to run No Hands Proxies all the time you are using No Hands SEO if you are relying on the proxies from it.

#4 is a loaded question and one that nobody can answer fully, I have never had a single penalty from any amount of backlinks so for me no amount is unsafe, I do however set an OBL limit of 250 when promoting my money websites to ensure the link quality is decent to good at least
