I?m running out of patience

Here's the situation. I'm continuing to have
problems with Captcha Sniper, and I've e-mailed
their support staff twice about the troubles I'm
having, and I still haven't heard from anybody.

I'll give them 48 hours to respond to my inquiry.
If they don't, I'll open a dispute with PayPal
and attempt to recover my money.

If I'm able to obtain a refund, I'll use that
money to purchase another captcha solving
service/software to use with No Hands SEO,
because obviously Captcha Sniper isn't working
for me.

Even if I don't hear from somebody at Captcha
Sniper support about my problem, I'm sure they'll
respond to a dispute inquiry from PayPal because
if they don't, it'll make obtaining my refund that
much easier.

I don't have any real relationship with the captcha sniper guys but I do know that they are usually pretty decent with support and that their software does work. It is possible that you have not received a response because of it being the weekend. I would suggest for you to try their support forum or hit them up on Skype, their user is imbotz. They are usually on Skype so you should be able to get a quick response from them on Skype.

I would very strongly advise you not to file a dispute or a claim. As they are very damaging to sellers we are very protective against disputes and claims on paypal so I would expect them to defend themselves against the claim.

As you purchased an electronic good and you have received the goods you will likely lose the dispute and then you will have no recourse for a refund. I would just try to get in touch via Skype instead.
