Hello,

I want to start creating backlinks for one of my money sites but i am afraid to just blast low quality backlinks.What is the best min pr that i must set to create some quality backlinks?

There is no right or wrong, best or worst etc. If there was a right or best setting that would be how it is as default. It is up to the user to decide what they require.

If you want lots of links the best would be to have no limit, if you just want PR links then the best setting would be anything above 0 but be aware that the higher you set it the less links you will receive.

As there isn't any best or correct setting it is down to you as the user to decide whether you want more links (lower setting) or better quality.

Personally when I do use the feature I would only ever limit by the PR of the domain, otherwise you will just be limiting the amount of links by a huge amount. There just aren't that many PR pages out there compared to domains with PR.

If I were to use a PR limit (and I do from time to time) I would only set domain PR of 0 or 1 to ensure that the pages have at least some history, authority and PageRank. Setting it higher just lowers the amount of links too far for my liking.
