Error connecting to the database on the trial

Hi

I have downloaded and installed the trial but it wont start stating it can't connect to the database?

Any ideas?

Are you running it on a Mac in some VM? If so they usually have non standard locations for the My Documents folder which causes an issue with it finding the folder which contains the DATABASE.db3 file.

If this is the case please email support@nohandsseo.com and explain that you are trying to use the trial on a Mac and you will get some help there. I hope that helps.
