Using additional public proxies for posting

In addition to my twenty private proxies can I use public proxies for posting and what is the downside to doing this?

Public proxies are never going to be as reliable as private proxies so I wouldn't advise using them for posting if you already have private proxies. You can use them for searching though.

Public proxies are great for searching as they will lower the chance of your private proxies becoming burnt out which will result in them not being usable for searching for a short time. Generally I would say private proxies only for posting, public and/or private for searching and PR checking and no proxies for link checking.
