You could always give No Hands Proxies a try, there is a trial for No Hands Proxies which is fully functional for 7 days. In my testing after an hour or 2 of testing it will be getting 100+ google passed proxies and they are actually working google passed proxies. Either way the trial is free so you can always give that a go.
