Bulk Add a lot of pages to one profile

I have a lot of " URL&spin anchor text",

How can I bulk import these "URL and spin anchor text" into NHS using the format in a txt file?

Enter them in as below:
http:/ /domain.com/page.html{([SPLIT])}{Anchor text1|Anchor2}

Note that the splitter is:
{([SPLIT])}

I know the splitter is strange but it is to ensure that it is not contained within the anchor text or the URL itself as some URLs do have strange characters in them.
