Copy Database from One Machine to Another

Hi,

I have NHSEO runs on local machine for some time and now I m planning to deploy another copy of NHSEO on VPS.

Is it possible to copy the database from my local machine to newly installed NHSEO on VPS ?
Reason because I want to reduce the time to re-setup all my money sites again on 2nd NHSEO (on VPS).
