[IMPLEMENTED] Option to disable checking links

Hi Jim.

I wondered if it would be possible to have an option to disable checking links.

I went from people who know the potential NoHandSeo and what matters most to me is to focus my resources (network bandwidth and PC) to plant a maximum of backlinks.

This can already been done.

In Settings=>More tab uncheck the option labelled "Check Posts For Links" and then save the settings. This will make it so that all pinging and indexing routines also won't be processed as all posts will be recorded as failed or successful but never confirmed link.
