can't change password

i simply can't re-install my NoHands software, i forgot my password, i still can access the members area due to cached password, but when i try to reset the password i get no email on my registered address (i also checked the junk)... could you please help?

There is no issue with the forgotten password system and your account is still active and working so all I can suggest is for you to add support@nohandsseo.com to your contacts list in gmail and try again.

For some reason earlier this year gmail has been blocking some emails from my address and not even allowing them into the spam folder. This does not happen on all gmail addresses so all I can suggest is for you to add it to the contacts list and try again and hope it goes through. Sadly there is nothing I can do about Gmails overly strict spam filter.
