Excited to get started with this software, but I'm getting an error

Your version NUMBER - just downloaded, latest as of 12/7
Your version TYPE (Trial, Installed or Portable) Trial
What you are doing - opening it for the first time on a Mac running Parallels
What you would expect to happen - open
If an error is happening what exactly the error or errors say - The database file is already in use. You must close the instance of NHSEO that is using database.
How often it happens - every time
If error is posting related please post a section of your log (edit out your URLs if desired) - n/a

appreciate your help

This happens when the application does not have write access on the database. If you have tried to run it and then tried to open it again it will pop up with this message. It is possible it is already open and in your system tray. Restarting your computer or parallels install should remove any chance of it already being open. If this does not work try running "No Hands SEO.exe" in your install folder as Admin, it could be a user permission issue.

Tried your suggestions to no avail. Made sure to restart Parallels each time, even when running as admin. Even uninstalled everything and then tried your suggestions again.
It tells me the database is locked.

I'm sure it's a simple thing I'm missing...

You can check the "My Documents" folder has a folder in it named "No Hands SEO". Check that the DATABASE.db3 file is not read-only and has write permission.

Failing that if you can setup TeamViewer on your Parallels install and PM or email me the login details I will log in as soon as possible.
