My screen does not show up properly

Version 1.6.16

My screen for NHSS is cut-off on the right side. and I only see part of the radio button on the right side that says Website and Page.

I only see "We" and "Pa" and I do not see the rest. What can I do?

I have already increased the screen resolution, etc. and maximized.

This is because the third party form controls being used do not seem to handle monitors using oversized resolutions and visual enhancements. If you are using a monitor with a very high res for its size (14" with 1440x900 or 15" with 1920x1080 for example) this is what is causing it. I am hoping the latest release of the controls that I will be bundling with the next update of NHSEO will fix this.
