If your software is running but you are not seeing the links you would expect or there is something else happening that you would not expect please at the very least post a section of your log so that I can help to diagnose what is happening and how you can improve it, without it I am just guessing.

In order to receive prompt advice about the issue you may be experiencing please post as much of the details below that is appropriate or available to you:
  • Your version NUMBER
  • Your version TYPE (Trial, Installed or Portable)
  • What you are doing
  • What you would expect to happen
  • If an error is happening what exactly the error or errors say
  • How often it happens
  • If error is posting related please post a section of your log (edit out your URLs if desired)
  • As much information about anything that could be related to your issue (e.g what type of proxies, how many, number of threads etc)

If all the details above that apply to your problem are in your post it will be a lot easier for us to provide quick and accurate advice to help out or in the event of no simple solution it will be easier to find the root of the problem and apply a fix to a future update.

Far too often people are posting things such as "The posting is really slow" or "I'm not getting any links what is the problem", these are not helpful and I will not be able to answer questions such as these.

This is due to not having .NET 2.0 installed or it being corrupt. You can search for ".NET framework 2.0" in google to get the latest correct version for your version of windows direct from the Microsoft website. Installing that should sort it out for you .

I am using a trial version and all it says to all the blogs in the "Log" is 0 comment posted on ALL the links? If this means that nothing is getting posted then this does not work? Ihave tried to post a message in help on the website but cannot submit it as the capcha image is at the end of my page and cannot scroll down.

If you have 0 targets added for all of your searches you have either entered bad proxies or have too many allowed searching threads. If you have all default settings NHSEO will defeinitely work.

You should post a separate thread to request support, this is not a general support thread.
