[IMPLEMENTED] Ability to purge removed profiles from the db

Assuming that at some point that NHSEO implements the feature to purge removed profiles and thier links from the database, it would be great to trigger this in the Settings panel so that older installations can remove them as well. This function could also include normal database cleanup.

Because of the old profile links in my database, it's presently taking 2-3 times longer than it should, when checking all profiles.
