How long should database conversion take?

Hello,

I installed the latest update Saturday 12/22/12, and when it got to the database conversion part, it seems to be stuck. I haven't touched the computer since so as to not corrupt it, but that was like 3 days ago, how long should I wait? PC is running Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated!

It is one of those things that is very dependant on the size of your DB and the speed of your hard drive and CPU. It can literally take just seconds or hours. If you see new entries in the log now regularly then it is still being converted and should not be stopped.

However if there have been no new items for an extended period of time then an error may have occurred, if this is the case you may want to contact me via email support to go through your options.
