Using NHSEo and profile setup Should I limit the number of pages crawled to 1 so it does not go deep into FB and then create other profiles to other pages like pictures?

No, you should just enter it as a page. If you want to promote a single page of a website you should check the "Page" option when entering the profile. The "Website" option should only be used when you want to promote a website as a whole, this is where the limit crawling comes into play.
NHSEO will not crawl a website when the Page option is chosen.
