Can't add or load profiles or lists in nhs?????

Hi, earlier on i downloaded and installed nhs and it was working great, then i hand a powercut and my computer went straight off, when the power came back on i turned on my pc then loaded up No Hands Seo and it was showing no profiles and all the tracking and whois lists were all gone everything was blank except from the software, anyway i tryed unistalling itclearing my computer history cache cookies etc and then installed it and its still loading up nothing no profiles no links, ive tryed reinstalling it around 3-4 times now and its not having any of it, can you help?

If your profiles and settings are no longer showing it is likely the database was being written to when the power went out, this can potentially make the database become unreadable. You can either start again or upload the DATABASE.db3 file from the "My Documents\No Hands SEO" folder to a webhost and email/PM me a link to it so I can try and fix it for you. There are no guarantee's I will be able to fix it for you but I can try. One slight issue to this is the lengths you have gone to to remove the old version, it is possible the original database has already been removed.

i got it to work again i unistalled it deleted all the no hands seo folders clean the cookies and re installed it, it ment that i had to start all over again but i dont mind that just glad to have it running again, i love this software its the best, id be lost without it, thanks for your help, i will keep this forum in mind just incase anything goes wrong in the future, thanks again and all the best for 2012
