Keyword and Anchor Text Limits

Are there any limits on the amount of keywords or anchor text you can imput per profile?

There aren't any hard limits no but be aware that NHSEO does keyword research so if you are running your keywords through a keyword research tool to get thousands of variants of them you are wasting time as NHSEO does all of this for you anyway. Also with the anchor texts again if you were to have 500 different variations of anchor text being used you will not be targeting any one keyword to improve its rankings noticeably.
