I'm not going to edit your post. I edited the last one as you seemed confused about this being a support forum for CS and were writing much bad press about that and I did not want such things to be posted about a tool that I know works with other tools and NHSEO just fine.
I did not edit your post due to any opinion that might have been posted about my tool or CS but because a lot of what you posted was not true and was just pure venting. If you continue to post inflammatory things in the forum I will edit your posts as they are not helpful to anyone and do not represent the view of the vast majority of people. I moderate the first few posts of all users of this forum to prevent spam and people spouting rubbish, this is why I edited your post. It was not about anything in particular and did not ask for help, had it outlined problems you had had with NHSEO and CS I would have addressed them.
As it stands today NHSEO works as it was intended, it has been updated an average of every week for over 18months now and is due to be superseded by v2, I do not do this for fun and if somebody wants to talk trash about this tool or others you are free to do so, just not here.
As it happens, I contacted the CS support guys as I was worried that there could potentially be a problem between CS and NHSEO that they were unable to fix (hence the claim of them giving up). They assured me that no such situation had happened and that if it did ever happen they would have contacted me to work through it (as they have done in the past). I have a very good working relationship with the CS guys (support and sales) and am sure that if there had been a situation like sharetrader claims happened it would have been sorted quickly, the CS guys would not have just given up after 30mins as you claim.
In short your posts appear to be nothing but fiction.
