[IMPLEMENTED] Check Links add active profiles only option

When checking links it would be great if there was an option in the Select Profile combo box that would filter only active profiles, for example, "All Active Profiles".

Although you have drastically improved the link checker speed, it still takes a while to process all profiles.

I suppose you could do the opposite and add "All Inactive Profiles" as well.
